When people think about joining a gym, they usually think about the workouts.

The weights. πŸ‹οΈ

The exercises.

The results.

But some of our favourite memories have nothing to do with any of those things.

They come from moments like this. πŸ‘‡

Theme weeks.

A bit of friendly competition.

Plenty of laughs.

And a group of people who don't take themselves too seriously. πŸ˜†

Because while getting stronger and healthier is important...

Enjoying the journey matters too. 🧑

We spend a lot of time chasing the next goal.

The next milestone.

⚽ Lloyd played 11-a-side football for the first time in 20 years.

Not because he suddenly became fitter overnight.

A small step perhaps.

But often the hardest and most important one.
