I'm Craig. I’m a Personal Trainer and Online Programming Coach with ten years experience. I work with many people to help them achieve their goals. My main areas are working with people who need help to strengthen their core and improve their posture, people who are recovering from injury and people who want sport specific training. I set up this Business to help give back to others what I had received myself which was expert coaching. I try to keep it as no-nonsense as possible, using techniques and training tactics that work. What ho all, keeping well? I'd just like to share this with you all. I've now completed my pre and post natal course and just got my certificate. I'd like to thank everyone at hatch athletic for a really good and enjoyable course where I've really learnt a lot to help me develop as a coach. What ho all. Few short videos of my client Wayne. He first came to me a few months back. Since then, he has shown an interest in moving into power lifting, so we have started to add in a few of those exercises needed for it. It's early days, and he has injuries from the past that we have to work around, but I'm sure we'll get there. Well done on your sessions mate, keep moving forward, mate.
