For those who haven’t seen it because you’re being lazy through the holidays 💁‍♂️ or genuinely on holiday 😂 this the first step of changes at the gym 💪 the boxing ring has been moved in to the second training room and it looks sick! 👊 🔥

Congratulations to this young man who achieved his white belt last night 👊 Norris recently upped his focus and commitment in training, leading to him being ready for his grading 🙌 white belt ticked off! ✅

Congratulations to the guys in these photos 🎉
Joe & Luke (on the left) competed in their first ever tournament format on the weekend. Joe having 2 fights in K1 a few years back & some MMA fights. Luke competing only for his second time.
John, the seasoned vet 💪😂 (right photo) securing WKO world champion status in his division on the mats 🏆

Joe & Luke had similar stories with strong performances in their semi-finals and clinching the win, but unfortunately coming up short in the final (Joe dislocating his shoulder not allowing him to fight 100% bit could still argue he won with one arm 💁‍♂️). They both achieved 2nd place in world championships in A-class K1, which is something to be proud of 💪 but my favourite thing was shortly after their fights, already talks of coming back next year, putting on a better performance, and taking the world champion belt home 🏆 that’s winner mindset.
It’s not about never losing. It’s about what you learn and how you come back from losses 💪
