Gemma’s recent MMA fight now on YouTube ✌️
We’d planned for frames in the clinch and landing knees, however the rules were not the same as her previous bout so adjustments had to be made. And she showed true heart not to tap in that arm bar and escape 💪
P.S Gemma said she can’t wait until she can do head shots 💥 😂

In fun fashion & World Cup fever ⚽️ members are allowed to wear national football tops (of any national team, just incase they didn’t qualify for the World Cup 😅) during training from Thursday 11th June - Sunday 19th July when the Final game is played 🙌 🏆

Martial Arts is not an individual sport. You cannot train without partners, coaches and others in the class. You rely on each other to help build and push one another. You build camaraderie and respect for those you train with.

You may fight individually, but martial arts is a team sport 🖤♥️🤍
