Last season we lost 5 of our players leaving our team unsure of where we stood and if we would even be able to keep the team going.
We rallied round and filled up those spaces plus more with some amazing girls ❤️
This is just one message from one of the girls parents after yesterday's eventful game:
Thanks all, Sophie had a right battle in midfield with there number 12, had to deal with pushes, little digs in the ribs, and constant bullying from there player, so proud of her the way she kept going after being upset and to bang the penalty in was brilliant.
Since joining this team every girl, parents, coaches have made us all feel welcome, Sophie feels at home with all the girls which is great to see, the girls are absolutely amazing really welcomed Sophie in the team, it's nice to see her making new friends for many years to come.
Love the bond the girls have it makes it so special.
