New Body Fitness Bridport is a new Fitness Centre offering low cost affordable access, to a well-equipped gymnasium, fitness classes, and fitness and nutrition advice with well-being environment for everyone within the local area from everyday residents to top athletes. All our staff have a passion for health and fitness so please feel free to visit the Centre and talk to us about any questions you may have.

BRAND NEW ✨

Yesterday we added a our all New Skelcore Belt Squat 😍

So much easier on the lower back, we’ve been looking to get one for a while and extremely happy with the smoothness of this one!

*we have also purchased a Spud Inc Belt which should be arriving soon to take this machine to the next level!

We’re really excited to announce that the shower will be live in action and ready to use from MONDAY MORNING!

We are just waiting for the electrician to finish off the extractor fan over the weekend and then we are good to go.
