Thank you to all that came to our successful Open Afternoon last Sunday, the weather warmed up nicely and it was great to see lots of new faces having a play, beating the ball machine and generally having a good time.

This was also a great opportunity to introduce our new club coach Neil Darragh who is a hugely experienced Level 4 coach with a huge playing and coaching career

It was also great to see our friends Quay Rackets join us with a pop up shop!! They have a great selection of rackets and equipment also super helpful, knowledgeable and always happy to help. Quay Rackets will be back again and we will drop an update when this happens.

We are also pleased to announce that Quay Rackets will be joining us on our open day bringing a selection of Demo Rackets etc for everyone to try before they buy so to speak.. this is rare that you can do this in our area so we here are all very excited!!

Exciting times at Bridport Tennis Club !!

We have resurfaced two of our courts with a Premium Artificial Grass which is exclusive for our members and lessons...
Not only does it play amazingly it is also great on the body so less stress for older bones and joints!!

Junior Tennis Sessions at Bridport Tennis Club

Bridport Tennis Club are running junior intermediate social tennis sessions on Saturday Mornings, 10-12pm.

🎾Free to members and £3 for non members. For secondary age pupils that can already play tennis, or are having coaching at the club.

🎾Come and put your skills into practice and play some fun doubles or singles, it is not a coaching session, however there will be a club representative on site for some of the duration.

🎾Younger Pupils in years 6-8 may attend if they can already play tennis, and are having coaching, but a parent/carer must remain and be present during these sessions.

🎾Everyone attending should sign in each week and provide an emergency contact number.

After a long winter tennis season what with Floods, wind and more endless rain we are proud to say both our A and B teams finished top of our divisions!
