Update.
I feel nearly back to normal, but am still in hospital.
I'm hopeful for release home later today.

Ok you sexy beasts, no martial arts classes for this coming week.

I'm in hospital with a perforated diverticulitis that caused an infection.
No surgery needed, but I'm on antibiotics and IV fluids.
