Well... it’s not every day you can say you’ve become a Guinness World Record holder! 🐦🏅

I’m incredibly proud to have achieved the record for the fastest half marathon dressed as a bird, done in memory of my Baby Angels 👼.

This challenge meant so much to me, and I wanted to take a moment to thank every single person who has supported Ammonite Sports Therapy along the way. Whether you’ve booked an appointment, recommended us to a friend, shared our content, or simply cheered us on, you’ve played a part in this journey.

I’ll be honest, imposter syndrome and self-doubt still creep in from time to time, but receiving feedback like this is a great reminder of why I do what I do.

I’ve been a little quiet on here lately...

Like many people, life has thrown a few curve balls, and balancing multiple clinic locations alongside my ongoing professional development has kept me busy. I’ve also taken on some challenging running events and had the pleasure of supporting local clubs, including Bridport Football Club and Bridport Rugby Club.

The good news? Exciting things are coming! 👀

✅ Continued CPD and development to provide the best possible care

Today was a highly productive day at the TherapyExpo. It was fantastic to connect with industry professionals, explore cutting-edge innovations, and stay informed on the latest advancements in therapy. Highlights included insightful sessions on “Taking Care of Your Health from the Ground Up” and “Moving Through Menopause,” with a focus on MSK, metabolic, and pelvic health.
