Most people think personal training is for fit people.
It isn’t.
The people I work with are usually busy, tired, stressed, out of routine, carrying a few extra pounds, and struggling to find time for themselves.
Some haven’t exercised for years.
Some have lost confidence.
Some work from home and sit at a desk all day.
Some are parents who put everyone else’s needs before their own.
Some simply want more energy, better health, and a routine they can stick to.
They all start in different places.
The goal is the same.
To feel like themselves again.
I provide private personal training across Dorchester, Weymouth, Bridport and surrounding areas.
