We are a small, friendly community ladies running club in North Petherton
This club was formed over 2 years with one simple message. Running is for All women!! No matter what shape, size, ability or speed. This is still our ethos today. Our run leaders are there to provide support and encouragement and set you off on the right running path for you. We are NOT an athletics club BUT we are a fully
affiliated running club with a difference. We plan your evening runs around your running requirements, using the loop back runs to give support to those that are improving on every run....to incorporate short sprints for others and build on friendships. Our run leaders are committed to making making sure that you're enjoying your running journey, give advice and help if you find yourself training for an event. ( we are NOT coaches but we can guide you on every step you take). We do not expect you to make every run. We do not expect you to be able to run at speed or length. We do not charge for our three weekly run meets, Tuesday / Thursday evenings and Saturday morning. Our run leaders are qualified to lead runs and between us we hold a wealth of knowledge. All we ask is that you run/walk, laugh, talk, enjoy and support each other.
