I can’t remember the last time I taught a class here, and nobody danced. That kind of energy is infectious, whether it’s us coaches or the members having a boogie! Someone’s always dancing!

We’ll always be big on community and this place feeling like home, but watching how comfortable people feel here is the icing on the cake! The workout and getting fitter is just a coincidence 😜🤗
