One Year Anniversary!

What a blast it was, huge efforts across the board and big energy throughout!

Huge shoutouts to gb for lending us a ski erg so the event could continue!
for supplying the coffees all morning and keeping everyone alive!
for the unbelievable photographs!
for organising the amazing cakes for everyone!

And the entire crew for turning up and putting in a shift!

2026 races so far!
2/3 pretty good results👌🏼

Bath Half was the surprise race, after being offered a spot to run for I put some changes in place and replaced the full marathon training to more specific half marathon training & it paid off but the caveat to that was simply lacking durability through long runs to sustain the pace I would have liked at Newport but that in itself was just to see what I was capable of across the distance even if I was only averaging 40-50km weeks,

Newport I could list a number of reasons why it didn’t quite go my way on the day but ultimately I would’ve been okay had I had kept my longer runs longer through the 12-16 weeks leading up to it but not every race is perfect and if any of the races were going to crash - it was almost certain to be this one.

BADRAT 10k was a blast, probably a little too conservative through the first 3/4km looking back at splits etc with a goal of 38:XX in mind, I definitely could have found 11 seconds across the race had I had known what I was actually capable of doing but again it’s a lesson learnt and for that to be with a long stretch of incline and my first proper 10k race back from injury I am happy with the results regardless👌🏼

And now we look to shift the focus to Berlin Marathon towards the end of September, maybe a couple training races leading up to the big one but nothing around max efforts, hopefully just a smooth sailing incline from 30km weeks to 70/80km weeks🤯

15 KILOS LOST SO FAR FOR JAMIE🤯

This wasn’t a quick fix plan nor was it endless hours of cardio, it was simply a change in routine and making time for slightly better habits,

6 months in, averaging a loss of just over half a kilo a week permanently with some additional steps here and there, training 3/4x per week and just nailing the basics whilst being consistent…

It isn’t as complicated as some coaches make it out to be just to sell you a dream and make some extra money,

Client Retention tells you something & to me that’s most important,

It isn’t just about loyalty,

It means clients are getting results,
The coach has made something sustainable,

I make adaptations when it’s necessary and I don’t just prescribe a blueprint plan or programme that can be performed in any gym…

Just because a coach has a ‘high turnover’ or what seems to be frequent footfall, announcing a new client every week, it may look busy but doesn’t always mean they’re sticking around🤷🏼‍♂️

Results bring clients in, Retention proves it works and it proves the quality of service is worth it😎

I am very grateful to say other than a couple new starters - the majority of my team have been with me for at least 6 months, some approaching double that or even more!

Definitely one of my best transformations to date!

Archie is a prime example of balanced lifestyle & not letting social occasions and alcohol ruin real progress,

This is absolutely proof that you do not need to be 100% perfect every day of every month, trust the process and be consistent,

If you are pretty good 70 or 80 percent of the time, it may take a little longer but the puzzle will piece itself together over time👏🏽

Yet again, if you are looking for some genuine results, balance around a busy life or social life or to just make a start, whatever your goal is we can achieve it together…

Client Transformation🤯

Kieran’s starting position was just over 100 kilos,

We spent a couple months prioritising consistency and making sure we were actually turning up, ticking boxes and getting a routine in place that was achievable and realistic.

We didn’t need a perfect start, we needed a better system, one we could be capable of sticking with.

I set the challenge of achieving under 93 kilos in 6 weeks from 97/98 to make sure felt comfortable and confident on holiday, slightly more aggressive with food management & some additional cardio to take us over the finishing line whilst accommodating for a few beers or meals out but we didn’t let that get in the way👏🏽

This is a PRIME example of coaching around REAL LIFE, not just one model fits all✌🏽

Huge shoutout to - huge dedication and commitment these last 6 weeks no matter how challenging it became, he trusted the process👌🏼

Over 30 whole minutes off my half marathon time🤯

The majority of people train hard, they just don’t have any direction…

Granted that first half marathon race was completed in fancy dress for charity HOWEVER😅

There was still no structure or performance enhancing training, quite literally the odd 5k or 10k run here and there,

The difference in these last 4/5 months has been the plan, having set days for set runs & set workouts - all serving the right purpose👌🏼

Some electrolytes, a few carb gels and a couple bagels doesn’t automatically get you your fastest ever race time (they will certainly help though😅) - A specific & accurate plan does.
