15 KILOS LOST SO FAR FOR JAMIEđ¤Ż
This wasnât a quick fix plan nor was it endless hours of cardio, it was simply a change in routine and making time for slightly better habits,
6 months in, averaging a loss of just over half a kilo a week permanently with some additional steps here and there, training 3/4x per week and just nailing the basics whilst being consistentâŚ
It isnât as complicated as some coaches make it out to be just to sell you a dream and make some extra money,
Client Retention tells you something & to me thatâs most important,
It isnât just about loyalty,
It means clients are getting results,
The coach has made something sustainable,
I make adaptations when itâs necessary and I donât just prescribe a blueprint plan or programme that can be performed in any gymâŚ
Just because a coach has a âhigh turnoverâ or what seems to be frequent footfall, announcing a new client every week, it may look busy but doesnât always mean theyâre sticking aroundđ¤ˇđźââď¸
Results bring clients in, Retention proves it works and it proves the quality of service is worth itđ
I am very grateful to say other than a couple new starters - the majority of my team have been with me for at least 6 months, some approaching double that or even more!
