A busy day with 2 groups today all beginners and second week in and all going well! We saw sunshine - wrapped up warm got outside and saw some beautiful autumn colours and blue skies - fresh air - with like minded others such special times had by all

well what a lovely week it has been again with these two groups visiting some rural spots and some more close to town !
It is great to be outdoors with like minded others ! Getting fresh air so good for ones mental and physical health!
