Evening guys.

So, I’ve started a new job and my hours are a bit over the place until we open in a couple of weeks. So tonight and next Wednesday I need to cancel, after that I should be a bit more settled and should be ok to continue from then.

I’ll always say it and it’ll always be true, the simplest things are often the hardest.

This had me gassed (as you can see) 😝

20 min AMRAP
10 ball over shoulder (if you haven’t a heavy slam ball do alt thrusters
10 push ups
10 swings (heavy if you have the option)
10 walkouts
10 burpees

Rest ONLY as necessary and try to keep your foot to the floor.

Warm up with some gentle skipping or high knees.

Really smashed it last night well done.

Loaded carries were about 50 meters

Round 3 of Tabata was 20 seconds work of right arm snatches, 10 rest followed by 20 seconds work left arm snatches, repeat for 3 rounds.

Super good to be back outside tonight with the gang.

Attached is workout we (they) did.

The finisher was, max reps for 2 minutes:
10 squats
10 reverse lunges,
Repeat until 2 minutes is up.
