Alveley Cricket Club Warm and welcoming club that offers lots of opportunities to play cricket for boys and girls aged 5+, Junior, Adult women's teams.

Modern facilities, large function room, beautiful landscaped outdoor seating areas which are available to hire. Four Oaks is the home of Shropshire’s newest cricket ground and one of the finest facilities in the country. Set in one of the most beautiful locations, it is widely regarded as the best grounds and facilities around. We are proud to run adult teams, a thriving women’s softball section,

and a full junior pathway including All Stars and Dynamos Cricket, with over 100 juniors now taking part. Our outstanding facilities include a brand-new all-weather practice area, dedicated grass practice wickets, and two bowling machines, alongside one of the best playing surfaces in the region – making Four Oaks the perfect place for cricket at every level.

Tonight we celebrate our Junior Cricket Section at Four Oaks powered by Sol4r Energy

What a season it’s been! We’ve seen a huge increase in junior numbers, and tonight we’re delighted to welcome our junior players, parents, friends and family for an evening of celebration.

From the age of 5, our junior pathway offers something for every child, whether they’re just starting out or developing their cricket skills. And next season, we’re hoping to expand our offering even further so keep your eyes peeled for more information!

Tonight, we’re treating the kids to a huge obstacle course and bouncy castle, alongside our awards presentation, where medals, trophies and certificates will be presented to celebrate their achievements.

🌟 Interested in getting your child into cricket?

We’re now recruiting junior players for 2027! If your child is aged 5+ and would like to give cricket a go, get in touch with the club today to find out more and start their cricket journey with us.

Whether they’re completely new to cricket or already have some experience, our junior pathway is designed to help children learn, have fun and build confidence while developing their skills.
