What a great day at the family fun day, the first time that our mens and ladies team and amazing juniors section got together all on the same day.

The juniors even got to play against their parents in a dress rehearsal of their final juniors session on the last Friday in August. It finished 1 win each today so all to play for then.

Tomorrow is Friday and we know what that means, its time for the Juniors to once again take over the Marsh.

The Goat will once again be joined by Mr Andy Unitt

And there is a good chance that there will be sweets/chocolate available for the kids.

Tomorrow Night, we go again at the Marsh.

The juniors are rocking up for more mayhem and the question on everyone's lips is 'how many bruises will Mr Wobbler end up with this week?'

The question that all the kids want answering is 'is it chocolate or ice cream weather?'

Coach Andy Unitt had a hard week last week during his 15 minute coaching stint so he needs a rest this week but, have no fear, the goat is back to nibble some grass and do a cricket coaching.

Cricket is back on at the Marsh tomorrow from 1pm as we entertain Frankton Cricket Club. The stars are all coming out to play and the Goat, having survived his trip into Wales, will be standing as umpire for the first time this season.

The Goat is on his travels today, umpiring Chirk vs Alberbury, expect plenty of goating around but at least he will struggle to cause mischief for the afternoon.

The Juniors take over the Marsh again tomorrow night for an evening of screaming, shouting and laughing.

Andy Unitt, known locally as the Scarlet Pimpernel, has a day off from his busy modelling career and is rumoured to be joining us, he has asked that he gets no autograph requests though, he has a sore wrist.

Wobbler was trying to get Scarlett Johansson to help him but the message got delivered to the wrong Scarlet.

So, kids, lets get ready for an evening of cricket and goating around, it starts, as normal, at 6.30pm.

And, kids, don't forget to greet Andy with the welcome of 'who are you?'

Ladies Cricket Training is on tonight down at the Marsh from 6.45pm.

Bring a hat, water and maybe some sun cream and be ready for fun.

New players always welcome.

And coaching is led by 2 fully qualified coaches, Joey Ellis-Perks and, the Friday goat, Wobbler Robert Price returns tonight.

They look forward to seeing you all tonight ladies.

A great evening was had with the juniors tonight. So good to see so many children having fun, most of it at Mr Wobbler's expense. This is just an added bonus.

We are able to confirm that Wobb did start to graze on grass after the session finished, he may yet turn into a goat.

We can confirm Wobb will be back in his happy place next Friday, and we may actually be blessed with the presence of super coach Andy Unitt. Rumour has it that he knows there is plenty of food to eat so is interested in helping out.

Anyway, enough bleating on about goats, see you next week!!!
