It’s almost time to dive in! On Saturday 26th September, we’re opening the swimming pools for a massive day of aquatic fun, games, and taster sessions for all ages!

What’s happening in the water? ⤵️

🌊 Pool Parties & Waves: Inflatables, music, and splash sessions for the kids!

🏊 Swim Sessions: Family swims, public sessions, and lane swimming.

🏅 Taster Lessons: Beginner (age 4+) swim lesson tasters to build water confidence and try our Learn to Swim programme.

💫 Special Events: sponsored swimathons, inflatable challenges, and more!

We are excited to share that our specialist Autism Friendly Swimming Lessons are returning this October half-term to Ynysawdre Swimming Pool!

As an Autism Swim Approved Centre, Ynysawdre delivers the globally recognised Autism Swim programme. Our instructors are specifically trained in sensory processing and neurodiverse aquatic safety to ensure a gentle, safe, and supportive environment where your child can thrive in the water.

🗓️ Session Details:
Dates: Monday 26th – Wednesday 28th October

Times: 30-minute lessons running between 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM

Who: Suitable for children aged 4+ with autism

Cost: Standard session rate applies (Concession rates available for families receiving income-based benefits)

To ensure every child gets the most out of their lessons, we tailor the onboarding process to their needs:
