Swimkidz LTD teach hundreds of babies, toddlers and children each week across the UK. All classes are taught by our amazing, highly qualified instructors in warm pools. Classes in South Wales are in various locations and we can take babies from birth to 10 years old.

Did you know...
Mirror games help babies with their cognitive and physical development and also help babies learn self awareness. The mirrors also increase babies ability to focus.
Babies are fascinated by the human face and so mirrors are always greatly received in our classes.
It’s only around 15-24 months that babies start to recognise their own reflections as being themselves so up until then they’ll happily explore the features they see in the mirror.

All of this plus, our mirror work in class is the perfect time for a cuddle and a special bonding moment for baby and their carer. ❤️

Come and start your Swimkidz journey on a Saturday in this lovely pool in Bridgend.

Our amazing, highly trained teacher will gently guide you and your little one through a fun filled 30 minute session each week.
Each session is filled with water confidence, water safety skills, moves and skills that will aid your babies physical, psychological and social development.

I honestly don’t think I could be any more thrilled, excited and completely OVER THE MOON right now! 💗🥹

Today we received the most amazing email to tell us that Swimkidz Wales has made it through to the FINALS of the prestigious What’s On 4 Kids Awards! 🌟

And not just in one category… but THREE! 🤩

🏆 Most Loved Activity Leader or Business Manager – Wales, West & South West England
🏆 Most Loved Sport or Physical Activity
🏆 Most Loved Baby Activity

What makes this feel even more special is that the What’s On 4 Kids Awards are the UK’s national awards dedicated to children’s activities, with the first stage decided by the families who actually attend and experience those activities. 💕

Tens of thousands of votes were cast across the UK this year, so to know that enough of our wonderful Swimkidz families took the time to vote for us and help us reach the finals means more than I can say. 🥹💗

I am SO incredibly proud.

Proud of the passion, care and hard work that goes into our lessons every single week.

Of course, bringing home an award would be absolutely incredible… but becoming a finalist in THREE categories is already a HUGE achievement and something I’m going to celebrate! 🎉

Looking for swimming lessons that will help your child become a confident, capable and independent swimmer? 💙

We have spaces available in our Independent Group, 1:1 and 2:1 swimming lessons in Bridgend on:

✨ Fridays
✨ Saturdays
✨ Sundays

Suitable for children aged 4 years+, from beginners onwards.

💦 Why choose Swimkidz?

Our lessons are taught in the deep end of the pool — and there’s a really important reason why!

When children can’t simply put their feet down and stand up, they learn to trust the water, develop effective swimming skills and become genuinely independent swimmers. 🏊‍♀️

And they’re never left to figure it out alone! Our highly trained, passionate teachers are IN the water with the children, providing hands-on support, encouragement and reassurance while gradually building their confidence and independence.

⭐ Maximum 5 children to 1 teacher in our group classes
