Bridgend and Ogwr Kyokushin Karate welcomes children and adults of all ages and abilities. Our club has a fantastic history of training fighters to compete in tournaments both nationally and internationally. Our instructors have been training for over 30 years, we teach self defence non-contact ,semi -contact and full contact fighting disciplines I have fought in all disciplines myself and represe

nted wales on a number of occasions. There are competitions and events throughout the year including beach training waterfall training summer and winter camps. Training cost are just £2.50 for under 16,s and £3.00 for over 16's and family deals are available. Come along and give it a go the first lesson is free you've nothing to loose
