SUNDAY CLASSES

Hi everyone! I will be running a longer/workshop type class which will take place every 4 to 6 weeks. With the first class taking place on Sunday 14 January 2024. All details below:

When: Sundays every 4/6 weeks (dates will be posted on instagram in advance)
Where: Pencoed Welfare Hall (opposite the monument)
Time: 10-11.30am
Cost: £15

We will practice a more dynamic flow with pranayama and meditation, ending with a longer shavasana. This longer class will give us more time on some of the more challenging poses. It will also give me the opportunity to adjust and modify poses.

Venue is by the sea if you fancy a walk with us afterwards. There is ample parking locally and a cafe where you can grab a cuppa ☕️

Further information for the event will be released once you have booked on (things like ‘bring a mat and cushion!) 🙂

We are looking forward to holding space with you and giving you some well deserved time out and relaxation 😌

*£10 deposit is required upon booking. We cannot accommodate children at this event and would ask that any teens are accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please ask for age guidelines
