🌟 CONGRATULATIONS JOEY! 🌟

We are absolutely bursting with pride to share some very special news about our wonderful Joey…

Following a recent residential at the prestigious Elmhurst Ballet School, Joey has been offered a place to train at Elmhurst full-time.

What an absolutely phenomenal achievement!

Joey has been such a special part of our Prestige family and it has been a privilege to watch him grow, not only into the talented dancer he is today, but into the wonderful young person we are all so incredibly proud of.

His dedication, passion and love for dance have always shone through, and to see that recognised with an opportunity like this is incredibly special.

While this exciting new chapter will mean Joey moving away to continue his training, we are very happy to say that this isn’t goodbye. Prestige will always be his dance home, and we hope to continue seeing plenty of him whenever he is back home from Elmhurst!

As teachers, there really is no greater feeling than watching one of your students spread their wings and take that next step towards their dreams.

Joey, we hope you know just how enormously proud we all are of you. You have worked so hard for this and deserve every bit of this incredible opportunity.

Keep working hard, keep being YOU, and most importantly, keep loving what you do.

✨ Introducing our incredible tutor line-up for our Senior Summer Intensive! ✨

We are beyond excited to welcome an amazing team of industry professionals to Prestige this summer!

Over three days, our dancers will have the opportunity to train in Commercial, Contemporary, Jazz Technique,, Kicks, Leaps & Turns, and inspiring choreography, learning from some of the very best in the industry.

Whether you’re looking to improve your technique, push yourself out of your comfort zone or simply be inspired, this intensive is not to be missed!

Our tiny but mighty team competed today at the Move It Shake It Grand Nationals today. Both girls danced beautifully and we are so proud of them🫶🏻

Lois Acro Solo: 1st Place 🥇
Lois Ballet Solo: 2nd Place 🥈
Lilly-Rose Commercial Solo: Honourable Mention 🌟

Lois: Overall Highest Score Age Category F 🏆

Our Dance World Cup journey came to an end yesterday, and what a truly unforgettable 12 days it has been.

Our final performances were:
⭐️Angel By The Wings – Senior Lyrical Group
A performance dedicated to the loving memory of Angelika Wolkow, danced with so much emotion, love and heart.
⭐️Keira Durston – Senior Jazz Solo
⭐️Malen & Lili – Junior Contemporary Duet
⭐️Malen – Junior Acro Solo
⭐️Lili – Junior Acro Solo

To every single one of our dancers, thank you for representing Prestige and Wales with such passion, professionalism and pride. Watching you all grow in confidence, support one another and perform on the world stage has been an absolute privilege.

Whilst the competition may now be over, the friendships, memories and experiences you’ve gained will stay with you forever. We will take everything we’ve learnt from this incredible journey back to the studio, continue to work hard, and come back even stronger.

A huge thank you to all of our amazing parents, families and supporters for cheering us on every step of the way. Your encouragement means the world to us.

While we’ve been away at Dance World Cup, we just wanted to take a moment to say the biggest thank you to the incredible team holding down the fort back at Prestige💜

A huge thank you to Lowri and Immy, who have been running the majority of our classes whilst we’ve been away. They have so generously given up so much of their own time to ensure our dancers at home have continued to receive the same care, support and quality of training. We are so incredibly grateful for everything you’ve done over the last two weeks, we honestly couldn’t have done it without you both and hope you know how valued you are🫶🏻

A massive thank you also to Ollie for stepping in to cover our acro classes. Your willingness to help wherever needed never goes unnoticed, and we’re so thankful for your support.

Finally, thank you to our amazing assistants Amber, Lois and Eflyn, who have volunteered their time to help out throughout the week. Your kindness, commitment and enthusiasm mean so much, and we’re incredibly lucky to have such wonderful role models for our younger dancers.

Prestige really is more than just a dance school, it’s a team, and moments like this remind us just how fortunate we are to have such dedicated, selfless people around us. Thank you all for everything you’ve done. We appreciate you more than you know❤️
