Good morning everyone.
We have had a few messages asking for late entry into our groups, because of the way the registration was at the end of a month, rather than at the start of the next ...
So we are opening registration to the classes for one more weekend.
If you are interested, or if you have any questions, please feel free to shoot me a DM or tag me in a comment/question below. I'll be happy to help.
Minimal equipment needed.
Everything can be done from home to suit your schedule.
We have courses to suit all levels, so please don't feel like you need to get fit before starting! I'd love to help you reach your goals, whatever your level 💪🏽👌🏽😃

Running an agility course isn’t just about knowing where you’re going.
