From 1972 lifting weights to training in Golds Gym California 1978 , then working in Sportschool Olympia Rotterdam 1981/2 , to starting FIRST CLASS GYM 1986 winning novice Mr Wales 1990- bronze medal European powerlifting championships to now, couldn’t have done it without my wife Carol and good old Barrie -my No2.
