Hei-Jo Shin JuJitsu Traditional Jujitsu class whose focus is the use of Combat Jujitsu for Self defence purposes

Hei-Jo Shin Jujitsu was founded by Kyoshi Sensai Paul Newman, setting out to create a Martial arts class that incorporates the knowledge he has gained through studying Traditional Jujitsu and other Martial arts over 38 years, and tailoring it towards modern-day situations. Incorporating the use of :

Striking (Punches, Kicks, Elbows, and Knees
Throwing
Takedowns
Joint Manipulation (Locks, Holds, A

nd Chokes)
Ground fighting and defense
Weapons


We welcome anyone to join, whether you are looking to start studying martial arts or just looking for a change and a way to stay fit. We Offer:

Kids Classes 6pm till 7pm Tuesdays and Thursdays - £2.50
Adults Classes 7pm till 9pm Tuesdays and Thursdays - £3.50

All are welcome!

Just to remind every one that the 5th of May is the Kids grading. and there is NO jujitsu on the Thursday the 7th May due to it being a Voting day.
