2 nights at Stud farm campsite near Lewes as attended Outdoor first aid at . A great course , Sean the instructor was a quality guy, their facilities at Brighton marina were superb . I highly recommend it.
If you're taking people out on the hill , get trained , carry the right kit and be prepared to use it .
Failing to prepare is preparing to fail!!!!!

Humanitarian run done 🇺🇦 so much medical equipment, fire fighting equipment and 4 superb vehicles donated .
I'm still collecting first aid / medical kit , warm clothing for our trip later on in the year .

Back to the mountains 💪

Welsh 3 peaks 22nd may
Cateram yomp 6th June
Toubakal morroco 15th June
West highland way 20th June
The Tetralogy 4 × 3 8th July
Snowdonia weekend 8/9th August
Trailwalker 12th September

Look out for the Welsh 3000s . Fast ball when the weather's good .
Same with yorkshire 3 peaks, wormshead summer afternoon ( sunset) hikes .
