***NEW CLASS ALERT BEGINNER PILATES BRENTWOOD ***

On Friday evening, I joined Millie Double for her new pilates class taking place at Maple Hall ( Maple Close, CM13 2EA) at 6.30pm.

Millie’s background is in musical theatre and dance, and she is very poised and a great communicator. These classes are perfect for someone new to pilates, who wants to get the most out of the movement, doing them correctly. Millie is encouraging in her manner, but was also great at showing me how I could change the move slightly to benefit maximally. My painful back definitely has felt the benefits

Millie has 7 weeks remaining of her course and would love to hear from you if this is something that you would like to do. As the classes are small, you will receive amazing value for money.
