High Protein, Low Calorie Cheesecakes 😍

if you like me, an absolutely love something sweet of an evening you have to try these high-protein low-calorie cheesecakes - they are absolutely banging!

For less than 150 calories and 10/12g protein each… you’re onto an absolute winner πŸ‘ŒπŸ»

Here’s what you need (Makes 3 cheesecakes) πŸ‘‡πŸ»

β€’ 3 Crushed Digestives
β€’ 1 Vanilla Flavoured Protein Yoghurt
β€’ 30g Philadelphia Light
β€’ Toppings of your choice (I done Mini Eggs, Digestive & Kinder Bar)

And here’s how easy they are to make πŸ‘‡πŸ»

β€’ Start by crushing one digestive biscuit into three small pots
β€’ Then you want to mix your 30g of Philadelphia light with your vanilla protein yoghurt and spread evenly into the three pots
β€’ Finally, add your toppings of choice and enjoy πŸ‘ŒπŸ»

TIP: place the cheesecakes in the fridge for an hour if you can hold out πŸ˜‰ game changer πŸ‘ŒπŸ»

Crispy Sesame Honey Chicken πŸ‘ŒπŸ»πŸ˜

The last time I shared this recipe, it got 400,000+ views on my TikTok page. So I thought I’d share it again so you guys can give it a try πŸ™ŒπŸ»

What you need πŸ‘‡πŸ»

β€’ 120g chicken breast
β€’ 2 eggs (for egg wash)
β€’ 40g corn flour
β€’ 2 garlic cloves (crushed)
β€’ 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
β€’ 1 tbsp soy sauce
β€’ 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
β€’ 1 tsp honey
β€’ A splash of vinegar

The recipeπŸ‘‡πŸ»

* Dice 120g of chicken breast and dip the pieces into one beaten egg and 40g of corn flour. Place in the air fryer for 12 minutes until golden brown.

* Spray your pan with fry light, add 2 crushed garlic cloves, 1tbsp tomato ketchup, 1tbsp soy sauce, 1tbsp sweet chilli, 1 tsp honey and a splash of vinegar.

* Heat until it becomes sticky. Once your chicken is cooked, add it to the sticky sauce and stir! Sprinkle with sesame seeds and enjoy πŸ‘πŸ»

This meal is…

β€’ 462 calories βœ…
β€’ 48g protein βœ…
β€’ All fresh ingredients βœ…
β€’ Less than 15 mins to make βœ…

Here’s what you’ll need πŸ‘‡πŸ»

β€’ 100g Chicken Breast (Chopped small)
β€’ 1 Nest of Egg Noodles
β€’ 20g Peas
β€’ 1 Chicken Stock Pot
β€’ 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
β€’ 1/4 tsp Ground Pepper
β€’ 10g Mild Curry Powder
β€’ 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
β€’ 1 cal Spray
β€’ 15g Spring Onions

And here’s how to make them πŸ‘‡πŸ»

β€’ Cook your chicken in the pan using fry light or any 1 calorie spray
β€’ Boil your Egg Noodle next in a saucepan for 5 mins
β€’ Once the chicken is cooked, add all of your other ingredients to the pan, and add in 10/20ml of water and mix to combine
β€’ Add your cooked noodles into the chicken mix
β€’ Finally, plate up and garnish with 15g of spring onions
