Well done to our Junior and Senior Zinc teams who competed at the London Regional Teams Competition at the weekend. For lots of the gymnasts it was their first time at Heathrow, and it was great to see them supporting each other. A special mention to Jessica for her pin on bars, and Angela for her pin on floor 👏🏻⭐

Yesterday we said goodbye to the lovely Ella, who has decided to leave us to pursue other interests, and a temporary goodbye and good luck to Coach Rebekah who is going off on maternity leave 👶🏾 Wishing them both all the best ❤️

Well done to Veronica, Sophie, Willow, Julietta, Ava, Leah and Maya on their fabulous performances at the Zodiac allstars competition today. Lots of medals, and most importantly, smiles! ⭐🙂

Well done to Anastasia, Angela, Kashni, Kiannah & Isabella who all competed at the London Regional Zinc Competition this weekend. Some new skills competed, improved scores and a couple of judges pins too. We are very proud of you girls ⭐
