Tri Sport Essex (Brentwood) is a Multi-sport and Triathlon Club based in Essex, who mainly train at Brentwood School. The Club organises a full range of training and events for triathlons and individual disciplines of swimming, cycling and running. The club has a strong network of multi disciplined BTF Qualified Coaches of all levels, whose skills will support and develop triathletes from every ab
ility. The club provides regular training sessions for all club members and our Coaches have all achieved personal successes in Triathlon and endurance sports, so they fully understand what it takes to tailor the training to the individual member. We run coached swimming sessions in the pool and open water, organised training bike rides, time trialing, run sessions and much more, including social events. At Tri Sport Essex (Brentwood), we strive continuously to improve and nurture our members, whatever their age or ability. Members of Tri Sport Essex compete at National and International level and we have a number of members who qualify and compete at World Championship events in their age groups. The club has a thriving membership covering a wide range of age groups from junior level to 60+. Members come from far and wide, to train and race for Tri Sport Essex.
