Curious about Pilates?
Pilates is ideal for people of all ages due to its slow and controlled approach to movement. It was originally called “Contrology” by its creator Joseph Pilates.
Through a series of exercises designed to build strength and flexibility, it targets the deep postural muscles of the body, creating a natural girdle of strength around your torso.
The benefits are many and include improved posture, balance and co-ordination to name just a few……many of my clients also report feeling an inch taller after class and more relaxed!
