Over 18 months working together as itโs been great seeing the progression, someone that has been hard working, consistent and become a good friend.
Typically paired PT but fitting in the odd single session.
Weโve been able to really focus on form and technique with man compound lifts. Squats, hip thrusts, deadlifts.
Full body workouts.. Bodyweight pull ups pending.

What started as wanting to rebuild my strength after the shoulder injury turned into something so much better. I naturally fell back in love with training again, started enjoying the sessions, and showing up consistently without forcing it. The progress isnโt just physical, Iโm stronger, fitter, in the best shape Iโve probably been in, and in the best mindset Iโve had in a while. After years of yo-yo dieting, Iโve realised itโs not about extremes โ itโs about consistency, enjoyment, and actually loving the process. And thatโs come from genuinely enjoying the sessions.

Mikeโs just a genuinely good human and a brilliant trainer. He pushes you without pressure, listens to what you want, keeps you motivated, and actually cares about your progress. If youโre willing to show up and put the work in, heโll get you the results โ simple as that. I genuinely look forward to my sessions every week.

Alongside training with Mike, I stayed consistent with my nutrition with weekly meal preps from Dan Monro . It made everything so much easier, meals tailored to what I want, flexible, and realistic to stick to. Having that structure took the stress out of eating well and helped me stay consistent without feeling restricted. Again, genuinely a nice guy who wants to help however he can.
