Minimal equipment needed ๐Ÿ’ช

If you canโ€™t make the gym or want to focus on more in your conditioning give this workout a try โฌ‡๏ธ

Each exercises aim to complete 3 sets of 15-20 reps.
Rest 45-60secs between sets.

Focus on control, tempo and aim to keep rest periods short.

Keep intensity high and mentally locked in.

Workout:

1๏ธโƒฃ Bent over reverse dumbbells flys

2๏ธโƒฃ KB goblet squats (heels raised)

3๏ธโƒฃ KB swings

4๏ธโƒฃ Jumping lunges (weighted)

5๏ธโƒฃ Down ups

6๏ธโƒฃ Leg raises

Over 18 months working together as itโ€™s been great seeing the progression, someone that has been hard working, consistent and become a good friend.

Typically paired PT but fitting in the odd single session.

Weโ€™ve been able to really focus on form and technique with man compound lifts. Squats, hip thrusts, deadlifts.

Full body workouts.. Bodyweight pull ups pending.

What started as wanting to rebuild my strength after the shoulder injury turned into something so much better. I naturally fell back in love with training again, started enjoying the sessions, and showing up consistently without forcing it. The progress isnโ€™t just physical, Iโ€™m stronger, fitter, in the best shape Iโ€™ve probably been in, and in the best mindset Iโ€™ve had in a while. After years of yo-yo dieting, Iโ€™ve realised itโ€™s not about extremes โ€” itโ€™s about consistency, enjoyment, and actually loving the process. And thatโ€™s come from genuinely enjoying the sessions.

Alongside training with Mike, I stayed consistent with my nutrition with weekly meal preps from Dan Monro . It made everything so much easier, meals tailored to what I want, flexible, and realistic to stick to. Having that structure took the stress out of eating well and helped me stay consistent without feeling restricted. Again, genuinely a nice guy who wants to help however he can.

AB WORKOUT ๐Ÿ”ฅ
10minute abs and core work โœ…
No equipment needed

Aim to complete 20 reps of each exercise

1. Straight leg toe reaches

2. Side to side heel taps

3. Leg raises

4. Butterfly sit ups

Finish each round with a 30-60secs front plank.

Aim to complete 3 rounds.

Rest when needed but keep to a minimum.
