Menopause is not YOU.

Itโ€™s not your personality changing.
Itโ€™s not you โ€œlosing yourself.โ€
Itโ€™s not a sign youโ€™ve failed.

Itโ€™s simply your body changingโ€ฆ
and asking you to move differently, fuel differently, live differently.

So this is your reminder:

No more rules.
No more punishment.
No more trying to force yourself into who you used to be.

Now itโ€™s about purpose.

Training with purpose โ€” to feel strong, capable, in control.
Eating with purpose โ€” to nourish, support, and energise your body.
Resting with purpose โ€” because recovery is no longer optional, itโ€™s essential.

1. Strength training is no longer optional

Three months from now it will be June.

The days will be longer.
The weather will be warmer.
BBQs, holidays, garden drinks, summer clothes.

And the real question isโ€ฆ

How do you want to feel when that moment arrives?

Still tired.
Still uncomfortable in your clothes.
Still saying โ€œI wish I had started sooner.โ€

Orโ€ฆ

Stronger.
More confident.
Standing a little taller because you finally decided you matter too.
