A huge congratulations to our member George Gennings, who produced a truly extraordinary performance on Men's Captain's Day on Saturday.

George achieved the golfing dream with a Hole-in-One on the 5th hole before going on to record an incredible Albatross on the 9th hole in the very same round!🏌️‍♂️🎯

To put that into perspective, ChatGPT says the odds are about 1 in 75 billion 🤯

As if that wasn't remarkable enough, this was George's third Hole-in-One — and incredibly, all three have come at the 5th hole!

A Hole-in-One and an Albatross in the same round is something most golfers can only dream about, making this a day George will never forget and a piece of Thorndon Park history.
