Using Pilates regularly can help you do everything better, from developing your favourite sport as a golfer, tennis player etc and staying injury free to getting day to day living activities done quicker and more easily ie doing the gardening, reaching for those kitchen cupboards and keeping up with the kids or grandchildren.
