Here’s my online client progress! Tanya came to me lacking confidence both in and out of the gym !

So we set out a plan to help achieve her goals ! We got her in the gym lifting weights whilst also making small tweaks to her diet !

She achieved these results by being super consistent both in and out of the gym and following the plan throughout !

She is now super confident in the gym and lifting heavy weights 💪🏻💪🏻👏

We are not yet where we want to be but the progress has been insane and there’s more to come !
