Guess what!
Come and learn to stroll to 1950's music. It's a great way to get some exercise- it's not hard to learn.
We are about to start a new week of Strollercise. Monday at the Bardswell at 6.30pm
Tuesday at the Bentley Village Hall at 12.30pm.
Wednesdays at 10.30am at Christy Hall Pemberton Avenue Ingatestone.
Thursdays at 7pm at the Hutton Community Centre, Harrison Close Hutton.
Fridays at 10.30am at the Bentley Village Hall.
