For some, it gets you back on track after the weekend
Whatever your goals
Get after it💪
Session went something like this

2 groups
A1.Group one 6minutes running
A2.Group two - 6 minutes:
200m bike
100m ski
16 minutes EMOM
B1. 30 squats
B2. 15 vit sits
B3. 20 swings
B4. 15 burpees

We’re made to move
How can you lose 1lb a week from walking 10,000 steps daily which is the recommended daily amount
2,000 steps or so in 1 mile which roughly burns 100 cals
2,000 x 5 = 10,000 steps
10,000 steps means you’d walk 5 miles per day burning 100 cal per mile, over 5 miles that’s 500 cal per day
500 cal a day over 7 days takes you to 3,500 cal
And theres 3,500 cal in 1lb of fat.
Keep moving, ideally the 10,000 steps a day, keep burning the lbs and the stones will look after themselves💪

Making better choices when it comes to carbohydrates, can be the difference in improving digesting, getting more fibre into your diet, while also increases vitamin and mineral intake

Working the core muscles
All exercises core orientated are either a love or hate relationship
You can understand why
It’s tough!
There’s many variations for working that area
Plenty of exercises to improve, posture, stability, strength or for an aesthetically pleasing view
Here a client is doing a Swiss ball plank, making it harder that a standard plank with the elbows on the floor
This type of plank makes for an unstable surface, the ball can move left to right and forward and ball
The core muscles fire up and have to work harder making it a progression exercise from the standard plank
We could switch this up by making the person move the elbows on the ball in a figure of 8 motion for a set number of reps or time based
Always set your exercises for a set number of weeks and then change the exercise
You’ll see better improvements than always keeping to the same exercise week in/ week out 💪
