Name - Lauren Duncan

Biggest achievement in judo - all 3 of my siblings and me winning gold medals on the same day
Loves being a coach because I love being part of a supportive community and help people build confidence, friendships and lifelong skills, while realising their strength and resilience!

Another week in the bag well done,
Always great to see almost everyone on the mats.
