Mike Duff - Level 2 Fitness Instructor I teach fitness classes and kickboxing at brechin boxing club, I also train at the BEST defense in Arbroath I am a qualified level 2 fitness instructor.

HNC in health, fitness and exercise

level 2 kettlebells instructor

Circuits instructor


1st degree black belt in ITF Tae Kwon-do. I am keen to promote fitness within the community and i am connected with the following clubs. The Best Defence in Arbroath

Great session tonight at the Wednesday class

We did half an hour of kettlebells then some body weight circuits.

We then did a 1 mile run outside. This is something new to some of the participants, and they did really well.
