Today the Vics were delighted to welcome Arthur Milne and his daughter Lesley Milne to Victoria Park having made the long trip to Brechin to see where Arthur’s father started his football career as a player at the club.

Arthur senior was born in Brechin and started his playing days with the Vics in 1934 before enjoying an illustrious career across many clubs including Dundee Utd, Liverpool and Hibernian as well as representing his country.

Both Arthur and Lesley were delighted to see where it had all started and we were so proud to hear the families story and how Arthur had spoke so fondly about his Brechin roots.❤️⚽️❤️
