🥊🏅 So tonight the parents came back slightly earlier to see what the kids get up to. We showed some bag drills, movement and foot drills on the ladder. We then did a small medal presentation to celebrate all the hard work they put in throughout the year! Well done everyone 👏
Remember next week is our last week before a 3 week break for the holidays 🥊

🥊 Tonight in kids class we did a bit of circuits. Working on arms, legs and a bit of cardio. We then went on to bag drills and padwork. Well done everyone 🥊

19:15 - 20:15 Ladies only class.
