🥊 Tuesdays night's classes at Cathedral Boxing Club 🥊
📍 1815-1915 - Boxing circuits class. A mixture of weights, cardio, bagwork and padwork. For all abilities from total beginner to competitive boxer.
📍1915-2030 - All competative boxers. This is a more technical class working on footwork, ring craft, technique and sparring.
