It’s been the most lovely half term. We have celebrated 10 years since I moved to Carmarthenshire and set up Pilates classes here with an afternoon which included a picnic, Pilates and alpacas. Our range of regular weekly Pilates apparatus and mat classes have been such fun to teach, and I would like to say a massive thank you to everyone for your support ☺️.

I’ve done a few workshops with James in the past, and have learnt so much each time. I am soooo looking forward to this at the development weekend in September.

This is the last week of classes before we take a break for the summer holidays. The air conditioning unit is already on in the mat studio, and I’m looking forward to using some rather unusual props in mat classes this week 😉🤣😀
