On Saturday myself and Paul travelled to St Albans Judo Club for the London and South East Presidents Course. I must admit i did get dojo envy. In the photo from left are Paul, myself, Stuart Otani vice president of the BJC and our good friend Laurie Craig who is one of the instructors on the FPJ coaching courses.Hope to see you all tomorrow and don't forget our self protection course which starts at 7pm.

Well done to Honey, Mila, Konrad, Tom, Paddy and Matt as they attended the President's course in Nottingham this weekend. An excellent course with lots of learning. Great to see old friends.
