Unlocking the missing pieces has been my 'work in progress'
Turns out embracing all of my was all I needed!
Step Into Your Power served dozens of incredible women, but I always knew there was a missing piece.
I was asking all the questions, when actually the missing piece was physical.
Lightening the load of physical burdens on the body allows access to courageous action.
It seems so simple, and I was watching it happen time and time again but not seeing it.
ACTION STEPS:
- Grab Self Honour 101 (in my bio) and define your non-negotiables
- Write down the ONE thing that you truly need to honour your health (quality food, better sleep, more movement, less alcohol...)
- Commit to that one thing
- Observe what else becomes possible
