With a young toddler at home I am starting to miss all the playgroups even more now some of my children are back at school. I have been wondering about whether to start up an outdoor playgroup (probably once a week). Of course I understand at the moment it would have to be limited to groups of 6 with social distancing (maybe with different time slots) but first wanted to see if there would be any interest in something like this as none of the indoor groups will be opening until at least Sept.

We run on Mondays 10-11am for pre schoolers (£8.50 per session) and 3.45-4.45 for after school club (£6.50 per session)

Pics from today’s summer camp. We did a treasure hunt, climbed trees, made a giant nest and cooked drop scones. More fun and games in the woods tomorrow.....

A big thank you to all of our attendees from this year! We hope you had a lovely time in the woods and hope to see you all back here in September. We still have spaces in the Monday morning and after school groups if anyone interested.

Coming in Aug: Woodland Squad - a Sculpture workshop with artist Amanda Hopkins (www.amandahopkins.com)

Create woodland figures from foraged wood, fabric and natural materials. Everyone will make a figure to take home and together we will create a woodland squad.
Time: 10.00-2.00

We will be running summer holiday sessions on the 7th 8th 22nd and 23rd August
They will cost £35 and run 9.30-3pm
Children need to bring a packed lunch
They will enjoy a fun packed day in the woods making dens, campfires (which they will cook on), doing woodland crafts, exploring and much more. Pm me to book a space

We will be running holiday sessions on tues 7th wed 8th wed 22nd and thurs 23rd August
Open to all primary school aged children
It will run from 9.30-3pm and will be £35
Children will need to bring a packed lunch
Or they came come for the morning or afternoon session (3 hours) for £20
(We will need a minimum of 4 children per day to go ahead with sessions)

Today we had a fun packed day in the woods: we made fires, baked bread, made drop scones, did a bird spotting hunt, made journey sticks, clay creations, built dens and saw the new lambs
