I would like to officially announce the completion of Lynx Fitness Brandon which is now under new ownership as Undr Dog .uk

Our blood, sweat and tears have gone into making Brandon a success over the last 3.5 years! However, the time has come for it to expand and for the guys to really drive it in the direction in ways we weren’t able to.

I would like to say a huge thank you to my manager Paul (what an absolute legend 👏🏽), Louise, Steve & Mark for all the successful strongman events you have held to date, all my staff, members & everyone that has been with me along this journey… I could not have done it without you.

I am looking forward to now really be able to give my full attention back to Lynx Fitness Snailwell.

I wish you every success .uk I know you’ll smash it.

Hi all, I thought I would take a moment to re-introduce myself for anyone new to my page.

My name is Shona 👋🏼

I am a Sports / Remedial Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer based in Brandon, Suffolk.

I split my time between two locations (both in Brandon), for massage therapy I work from my custom build cabin and for PT and my Senior Strength classes I work out of Lynx Fitness Gyms.

I am level 4 qualified in Sports / Remedial massage and level 3 in Personal Training as well as a level 3 certified Pre and Postnatal coach.
Since qualifying, I have sought out many many hours of further training to help me understand how I can better help my clients.

I have qualified level 2 in Myofascial Cupping Therapy, level 2 in Understanding Health and Nutrition, I have trained in Dry needling, Dermoneuromodulation, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation, Kinesiology Taping and Pregnancy massage.
I have also done further studying in Strength & Conditioning for rehabilitation (injury/post surgery).

On a more personal note, I am a mum to two awesome kids and a lover of movement / exercise, for my physical and mental health.
My hobbies change often but have recently consisted of strongman style training, mountain biking, pole fitness, running, yoga, kayaking and boxing.
For me, changing up my activities helps to keep me motivated 😊

I had always worked in an office, mainly in accounts departments, up until I had my first born 8years ago then had been a stay at home mum until 2021 when I took the scary leap to retrain and start my own business.
It's been almost 3 years since I opened and I am so proud of all I have achieved so far and the support I have received has been overwhelming.

I am highly driven by the want to help people feel better and get moving or back to the things that they love, so to have people tell you that you are making a positive difference in their lives is hugely rewarding for me.
