Sarah Lovatt Fitness I am a group exercise fitness instructor offering fun, friendly fitness classes in Uttoxeter. Welcome to Sarah Lovatt Fitness! Reduces the risk of osteoporosis.

I am a friendly fitness instructor, a teaching assistant , married to Mick and a mum of two grown up girls. I have a passion for group fitness classess and have been teaching since 2016. I love creating choreography and designing classes to get the most of your workout and achieve your fitness goals. Classes are varied, fun, friendly, easy to follow and suitable for all fitness levels, with everyo

ne welcome. You can work at your own pace throughout the workouts, with options to keep exercise low key or more intense. Great friendly environment with a strong community throughout the classes. Venue
Our classes serve the community of Uttoxeter and the surrounding villages and are at a generous-sized, clean venue with plenty of free parking at Bramshall Meadows First School in Bramshall ST14 5EQ

Fitness Classes
Strength & Toning:

Body Tone
A cardiovascular and toning class designed to work the whole body. A range of standing, toning and floorwork exercises, without any equipment to improve your muscle, strength & endurance. These classes are themed every 4-6 weeks and incorporate different elements of training including some of the classes listed below. Weights & Resistance Training:

Lift LeanTM
This is a resistance training class using dumbbells or kettlebells. Benefits include improving bone density, mental cognition, muscle strength & endurance. Kettlebell Fitness
This class improves your muscle, strength & endurance, your cardio fitness and your core & posture. Improves bone density and reduced the risk of osteoporosis. you will need your own 4kg/6kg Kettlebell for this class. Flexibility, Mobility & Wellness:

Flex
A class designed to improve your strength, range of motion and flexibility set to upbeat music using a range of standing, kneeling and floorwork. WalkfitTM
This is fantastic way to experience a group exercise class. All based on stepping and marching movements with light cardio to great music and very easy to follow. Low-impact, low-key and easy on the joints. Sit Fitness
Enjoy all the benefits of a cardiovascular aerobics workout but all seated! Simple but creative dance routines and a seated strength hiit weights workout included at the end of your sit fitness session. Qualifications:

Hi everyone
I have made the very difficult decision to retire as a Fitness Instructor and hang up my trainers... It has been one of the hardest decisions and very difficult to tell my lovely class members at the end of Body Tone in tonight's class, especially istening to their lovely comments.

Every single class I have taught has been a joy and it has never felt like work to me. I am proud to have been given a gift and been able to use this to motivate and inspire the several women that I have worked with.

We have had 10 amazing years of fitness as it reaches the 10th Anniversay on the 1st July, which will be my very last group fitness class.

Thank you to all of my previous clients that have supported many of my classes over the years.

We have just two classes to enjoy together - Wednesday 24th June Body Tone and our very last class will be a Party class to celebrate my Birthday and our Anniversary on Wednesday 1st July. No equipment needed on the last class.

I would also like to thank all of the fabulous fitness instructors out there especially the ones that I used to dance to in their classes and learn from as mentors and I wish I still could.
