Great energy in all this weeks sessions! 💪
It has been all about using the band and ball.

Using bands and balls brings so many benefits. The resistance bands help build strength in a controlled way, improving muscle tone and supporting joint stability. They’re also great for adapting exercises to suit all fitness levels. The exercise balls challenge balance and core stability, helping to improve posture, coordination, and overall body control.

Combining the two means we’re not just working hard—we’re working smart, targeting multiple muscle groups while improving flexibility and stability at the same time.
