🏆CLIENT GOALS SMASHED🏆

Today was the start of a strength assesment week for all clients, i am doing this to see what progress they have made in certain areas, and how we are doing working towards their current strength goals.

First up wad and WOW did he SMASH it!!!!

PBs acheived in -
Barbell Flat Bench Press
Incline Dumbbell Press
Bent Over Row

and.... He SMASHED his long term goal of 160 kg squat. Great work mate come along way in the past 10 months and today really showed that✌🏻

More to come from ryan for sure.

Had abit of a wobble to my training this week as ive had abit of the man flu, but im feeling more myself this afternoon and am ready to get back to it tomorrow 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

🏆 It's not just about loosing weight!
Every one has a different goal they want to achieve....

🏆Take reggie for example, he came to me looking to build muscle and strength. Since then he has achieved some great milestones - 120kg deadlift and 100kg squat to name just a few!

🏆His consistent great attitude and trust of the process has seen him progress nicely and were just getting started....LOTS more to come from reggie as we push towards some peak dates for him going to festivals and on holiday

Are you currently struggling with motivation? Do you feel flat energy wise? I know this is something i have struggled with recently...

But today i had a great session eventually (after a self team talk🤣) and i feel much better after it!

I think currently everyone seems so busy and its tough to keep consistent and motivated in every aspect of life...

4 day weekends also DONT help 🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️

But don't be too hard on yourself take the time you need and then come back to your fitness goals and journey when your ready. It's good to listen to your body and rest when you need.

🎉Since starting with me back in January Lizzie has been a dream to coach, she's super consitent and patient with her program and gives her all in 1-2-1 sessions with myself

🎉Not only is she 13kg down from her stsrting weight she has also lost 25.5 inches....

🎉This is only the start for Lizzie ajd theres much more to come in sure as she is super motivated, commited, and open to trying whatever i ask of her, even if it is 30 mins of cardio after weight sessions.
