Let's face it, protein bars aren't the best tasting things in the world.

So there's two ways you can swap this.

If you're on a low calorie diet and wanting to hit your protein target whilst sorting the sweet craving, opt for the protein bar option.

BUT.

if you're wanting a mars bar,

JUST HAVE A MARS BAR.

and aim to maybe add an extra 20g of protein into one of your meals or by grabbing another low cal whey shake (usually around 90-100 calories)

not all swaps have to be for the hi protein or 'healthier' version.

If you're wanting something that may be the higher calorie or lower protein option, just be aware of how this may affect your calorie and protein targets for the day.

I know myself I'd take a hit of an extra 53 calories to have the mars bar over the protein option.

🥳CLIENT WINS THIS WEEK🥳

Jeff is back on track with a great 2.8kg loss this week!👏🏻

After a few days away last week, Helen panicked about an initial increase on the scales but a week on she has lost that ‘increase’ and an lb further to take her weight loss to 2stone 8lbs so far!👏🏻

Tom has taken to his new programming like a duck to water and I can’t wait to watch him progress over the coming weeks 👏🏻

Tahnee has made some small but significant changes to her routines whilst working as an entertainment manager on a holiday resort which will help her whilst on her weight loss journey!👌🏻👏🏻
